Due to the nature of the products and services we offer, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES permitted. ALL PRODUCTS listed on the site are FINAL SALE. Please make sure you have selected the correct unit, color, length, texture and desired style BEFORE submitting payment. 

SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information via FEDEX. Your package will be shipped to the shipping address provided at the time the order was placed. NO P.O. BOXES!! The Angel Experience, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipping due to weather conditions, holidays, etc. In the event a package is returned to The Angel Experience, LLC the customer is responsible for all reshipment fees. Please contact FEDEX if there are any concerns regarding your package once it is shipped.

PROCESSING TIME IS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR THE SHIPPING TIME WHICH IS AN ADDITIONAL 3-5 DAYS. A TOTAL OF 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS PAST ORDER DATE

STYLING

We can not guarantee the exact style and/or color as a photo but we will try our best to come close. You will need to style or re-style your unit upon receiving it. After taking it out of the box, it will need a little TLC. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

WIG REPAIR

You are given a one-time free wig repair/adjustment service within 2 weeks after you have received your order. After the 2 weeks, all wig repairs or adjustments are subject to charge. Contact Angelica with any concerns and confirm before returning or dropping off to be repaired. Wig repair and adjustment fees vary depending on the nature if the repair. The repair time can be up to 21 days. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
